Despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic, Lloydminster’s H.O.G Chapter gathered for their 10th annual Toy Run. During this event doxens of bikers join together to ride through town to raise awareness and funds, as well as offering other events for both bike riders and non-bike riders alike. The day starts with breakfast, followed by the rip-roaring ride, and the day ends with a dinner cabaret, including a performance by The Dirt Rich Band.
Every year the Bordertown H.O.G Chapter joins together to raise funds for multiple local charities, all focused on spreading the magic of Christmas to local youth in need. As of 2021 they have raised over $500,00, which has gone to groups including C of Lloydminster, The Goat’s Christmas Wish, Lloydminster Youth Centre, KidsSport Lloydminster, and Ronald McDonald House of both Edmonton and Saskatoon.
Boundary Ford contributed $10,000 towards the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lloydminster, which helps support the youth of our area.
